  1. Create a semi-custom jersey in under 10 clicks!

Custom Cycling Jerseys - Online Design

SEMI_CUSTOM Big brand cycle manufacturers currently produce cycle gear for homogeneous groups; they don't put in the extra mile in order to produce for the variety of people within each cycle category - though their interests are roughly the same, their genetics aren't!  We’re able to cater for XS to XXXL people, people who like to race and those who like to take a leisurely pedal. We have also taken in to account the style icons and memorable jerseys of the industry, giving you over 20 designs to choose from (which is half the battle). Now you can design your own custom made cycling jerseys and it only takes 10 clicks!  Add your own touch with your preferred colour, text and required images. Save your design and take one last preview before you submit your order – you can follow our artwork guidelines, just in case you’re not so tech savvy; this will ensure maximum print quality results. NOTE: Our jersey fabric is a 100% recycled polyester (from the Polyester chain) located form Belgium, that faces no boundaries when it comes to performance; constructed with a multi drying fabric that contains a unique fibre to instantly wick moisture away from the skin. Our sportswear is all produced under one roof (Falkirk, central Scotland) and overseen at every stage of production by each individual of the team.  This ensures the quality of the software, machinery output and final garment results are of the most efficient and highest quality achievable. Follow our 9 step guide and have your own custom jersey in minutes, then receive it in just 2 weeks after submission and payment.

  2. Match Your Bike and Kit

Design a Custom Jersey and Match your Bike

mememem Don't trust a M.A.M.I.L (middle aged man in Lycra), taking to the roads on a brand new, shiny road bike - blinding you of the road in front, with a 4 figure price tag, fully complete wearing an official team kit head - to -toe! They're convincing themselves that you think, they know what they're doing...  They're wrong, so very wrong.  Of course, they'd know that Team Sky don't wear such thing.  Now resulting in the terrible monstrosity of a mismatching bike and kit! We're here with our mass printing and customisable abilities to help solve this cringe worthy and reoccurring problem in the market.  Remember: you have to look good on the bike, and your bike has to look good on you.  You're also somebodies parent, partner or friend!  Word gets out fast...  So let's help you match your machine! We stock both road and freeride/ enduro style jerseys and we have just launched ladies specific stock designs.  If you'd like your very own cycle jersey that isn't available on the high street, then check out our semi and fully custom services, you can design it from scratch; from fit, to sleeve length, pockets and grippers.  Check out some we made earlier @thecyclejersey. While you now have the information and sources to match your kit to your bike, here's a few more to bare in mind:
    • Wear it right - keep it tight!  MTB kit is not for multipurpose use, so to avoid self humiliation I'm afraid us roadies have to stick to Lycra bibs.
    • Leave your knickers at home.  Yep..  We went there.  Our bib shorts are designed using a high stretch, mesh panel and breathable fabric.  This will avoid saddle sores and help aid a comfortable ride.

ABOUT TCJ

High quality digital printing technology has evolved over the years and we have the facility to utilise it to the max. So we use it unlike most others! Initially to produce our own cycle jerseys, mainly for races, enduros and just plain fun. Most of all we just wanted something different to wear on the trails that subtly whispered our likes and dislikes, our joy of the sport and desire to be creative with it.

Trouble is, we kept getting nagged for jerseys from friends and fellow riders......It didn't take much of that to realise there was a demand for these quirky and limited edition designs we were wearing, so it began to dawn on us that we should go for it. Go large. Thanks to the help and encouragement from the fine companies you see in the following pages, we finally got ourself together and brought our designs to the public at large - and created TheCycleJersey.com ...Read More
