Here at The Cycle Jersey we specialise in designing and manufacturing custom printed cycle jerseys, made in the UK from design right through to print and production. We are completely unbeatable on turnaround, producing your garment within 2 weeks from design approval. We offer a wide custom kit range manufacturing high performance clothing from cycling tops, mountain bike clothing, cycling jackets, full custom running vests and custom running leggings – we’ve pretty much covered it all!

So, just how do you get started? Our design moto tends to be ‘simple is powerful’ – and it all comes down to the concept and logos you’re working with. Our custom process is simple and quick, follow our easy steps below and if you have any queries simply email info@thecyclejersey.com and we’ll be happy to help!

Step 1: Email - Once you have a design in mind, pop us an email with the design, logos and any other relevant files. It’s best to supply the logos in print ready format (AI, EPS, SVG OR COREL) as it helps speed up the process. You can also use our downloadable templates. 

Step 2: Setup – We offer a FREE artwork design set up and allow a couple of alterations with no additional charges. It can take around 2 working days for our designers to create the initial design and once we have pulled together all of your details, we will email across a visual of your design within our print ready template.

Step 3: Approve – Our colour range is very wide and there’s plenty of options to choose from. You can request a free mini colour sample to help make your design decisions a little easier. Once you are completely happy with your design then approval is required via email.

Step 4: Order – After the artwork is approved, we submit your final order into production.

Step 5: Delivery – We produce your cycling jersey and ship directly to you within 2 weeks from order approval.
