Road or Enduro Jerseys?

by The Cycle Jersey |

Unsure which style of jersey would work best for you and your team? We have created a guide to hopefully clear some frequently asked question up to make the decision easier. Whether you choose road or enduro jerseys, the decision comes down to personal preference at the end of the day! As long as you get the most out of your custom or semi-custom jersey then whatever you chose is correct.

Let us start with our most popular style of jersey, the road jersey. The Cycle Jersey road jerseys combine high performance technical fabric with wicking and quick drying features with comfort and practicality. If you need a jersey that’s both comfortable on and off the bike then this jersey style is perfect for all your roadie needs.

All road jerseys come with a three-quarter zip down the front and three back pockets with an elasticated top as standard, however, we have so many customisation options to chose from to make sure you can create your perfect jersey.

Chose from short and long sleeve, three quarter or full length YKK zip, silicone waist gripper or a zipped water-resistant media pocket for all those important belongings. All of these options can be mixed and matched within an order so whether you are ordering one or one hundred jerseys each can be personalised to individual rider preferences.

We print all our jerseys using sublimation print which means that the colour will never run, crack, peel or fade as it is permanently printed into the fabric. Your print will last as long as the fabric does!

Not only are these jerseys available in all our standard stock designs but also as semi-custom and fully custom. If you would like to have your jersey design ideas turned into a reality simply email our team on info@thecyclejersey.com and one of our designers will get back to you with a visual as soon as possible. Remember there are zero artwork charges and no set up fees!

Enduro mountain bike racing involves anywhere from 3-6 timed stages where the timed portions of the race are mostly downhill. These downhills vary in steepness, length and difficulty but this is entirely down to the location of each race. In between each stage there are non-timed transfer stages which are nearly always uphill. Enduro races call for physical fitness, mental stamina and bike-handling skills.

Enduro racing is said to be the most enjoyable, approachable and most exciting form of mountain biking which is probably why it has grown in popularity over the last couple of years.

The Cycle Jersey Enduro jerseys feature the option of short, 3/4 or long raglan sleeves. These raglan sleeves offer more room under the arm so that you have the freedom to move however you like without being restricted in any way.

The round neck and loose hem follows the standard mountain bike garment ideal however it’s more fitted whilst still allowing room for armor where needed. The enduro jersey is made from our standard technical multi-dry fabric which has a unique fiber construction that transfers moisture away from the skin whilst worn. This helps to keep you cool when it’s warm and dry when it’s cold. Not only is the fabric incredibly clever it’s also machine washable and extremely durable which makes it perfect for those tough and muddy trails!

If you have read this far then we are assuming that you are either already awesome on the trails or you are hoping that you will be. Maybe you don’t want to pay through the nose for a technical garment that everyone will have? Well that is where we come in!

With no initial artwork fees, no minimum order quantities, free delivery to one mainland UK address and no hidden design costs, what you see is really what you get, you could have your own custom enduro jersey in as little as 2 weeks.

If you already ride for a team and you are interested in creating a team kit then we have you covered there too! Simply send us whatever logos you would like and if you have any team colours in mind and our design team will get to work. Contact our design team on info@thecyclejersey.com to get started!
