Here at The Cycle Jersey we want to make sure your design process is as quick and painless as possible which is why we have created brand new custom guidelines.
Wondering what we can and can't do with regards to your fully custom design? Keep reading and we will catch you up.
After your initial email, where you fill us in on exactly what you are looking to design, one of our talented designers will have your initial design created within our print ready template. We allow 2-3 design amendments with no charge to the you to make sure you have a design that you are completely happy with (additional changes are charged at £40 per revision however you will be notified of any additional charges before work is carried out). These initial designs can take up to 2 working days to create during busy periods so make sure and keep an eye on your emails for incoming drafts.
We set all designs to one standard template and then cut to size so there may be a variation to design and scale between sizes. With this is mind we cannot guarantee that design elements across seams will match up after printing and sewing.
The Cycle Jersey URL logo is applied to all garments, positioned and colour matched to the deign of the garment. This logo can be removed from the design however there is an additional charge of £5.00 per jersey. The Cycle Jersey logo is also on the washing instructions on the inside neck and on the zipper puller and these logos cannot be removed.
Customer Supplied Logos and Graphics
This is where it gets a little bit technical. Our design team require all graphics supplied by the customer to be in a print ready format, preferably Vector files, such as AI, EPS or PDF.Any JPEGs must be a minimum of 150 dpi and sized appropriately. Unacceptable files include low resolution JPEGs, GIFs, Word Documents and Power Point Presentations.
We recommend a maximum width of 300 mm for any logos and our designers will mention any issues with logos at the design stage. If there are any questionable logos we will print a sample section to check the quality and The Cycle Jersey assumes that all logos supplied are with permission to be used.
Once design approval has been granted, any additional changes may not be permitted as the manufacturing process will have already begun. If we can pause the manufacturing process to make any further changes after design approval there may be a delay in delivery.
Once your order has been placed this is considered to be complete and final with any additions to orders only being accepted as new orders and invoice at the rate corresponding to the order quantity. We cannot guarantee that any additional orders will be shipped at the same time.
Custom changes to garments such as longer length or shorter sleeves will be charged at 50% surcharge to garments with custom measurement changes. There is a 20% surcharge on garments 3XL and larger as these sizes require further artwork modification and set-up.
We work to a 2 week lead time from artwork approval no matter the time of year. If you require your order by a specific date please inform our design team at the beginning of your design process. Express production and delivery quicker than 2 weeks is possible but entirely dependent on capacity which is very limited and charged at 50%.
Delivery to one mainland UK address is completely free and all orders larger than 3 garments will be shipped on a next day courier service.
